Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.

We currently ship within Canada and to the USA. Shipping on all orders is complimentary. Packages are shipped with FedEx Express service within Canada and to the USA, and are insured. Estimated delivery within Canada and the USA is approximately 2 business days. Delivery times may vary and are unfortunately out of our control. For any concerns regarding delays, please contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, shipping to P.O. Boxes is unavailable. 

*International customers, please note: Duties and taxes may be applicable on your order, as set forth by US Customs. All duties and/or taxes incurred as a result of the import is the sole responsibility of the customer and not of Nijma M Fine Jewelry Inc.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available for our GTA customers from our office in downtown Toronto. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

For security purposes, please have your order confirmation email with you when you come, along with one piece of government ID. The order will only be released to the person whose name is on the order. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact the carrier. In addition, please let us know by emailing info@nijmamfinejewelry.com with your name and order number, and we will also look into it for you.
