Shipping & delivery

We currently ship to both Canada, the United States and the UK.

International orders to other countries accepted through 1st Dibs. Please visit them directly to place orders.

Yes! Our office is located in downtown Toronto. If you would like to pick up your order, please choose this option during checkout. You will receive an email confirming when your order is ready for pickup (within 1 - 2 business days), the address to our office and other pertinent instructions.

No way! Shipping is complimentary on all orders, regardless of location. Orders are handled with care to make sure your jewelry is protected on its journey to you. All orders carry shipping insurance for extra protection.

Canadian customers, please note that there are no duties to pay. The only taxes applicable are those of the destination province, applied at checkout. International customers, duties and taxes that may be incurred for an order are the sole responsibility of the customer to pay once the shipment reaches the destination country (you will be notified by the carrier). Nijma M Fine Jewelry is not responsible for these duties.

All orders being shipped to both Canada and the USA are shipped via FedEx Express service. Shipping to both countries is complimentary.

USA - FedEx International Priority (1-2 business days)

Your order number will be found in the order confirmation email you will receive after placing your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. If you are wondering about the status of your package prior to shipment, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to update you. Orders normally ship within 1 - 2 business days.

Yes, it can be changed up until your order ships, so please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once orders are shipped and in possession of the shipping courier, we cannot change the shipping address.

Within 12 hours of placing your order, you can cancel it. Since we work quickly to dispatch your orders (usually within 1 - 2 business days), we may not be able to accommodate the request if received after this time.

Refunds & exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer an easy, 14 day return policy - meaning you have 14 days from date of delivery to a request a return for full refund. If you would like to return an item, simply email us at info@nijmamfinejewelry.com with your name and order number and we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer.

For orders places via 1st Dibs or Wolf and Badger, their return policies apply.

Once the item has been received by us, we aim to process returns within 1 to 2 business days. An email confirmation will then be sent confirming the refund has been made.

Please allow up to a week (time depends on bank) to see the refund on your credit card account.

Product Care & Materials

Gold jewelry is easy to care for! Use a polishing cloth for regular maintenance. For a deep clean, soak fine gold jewelry in lukewarm water and mild dish soap in a small container or bowl for at least 15 minutes. Then rinse under water. A small, soft bristled brush may be gently used to remove any remaining dirt. Store jewelry in a jewelry pouch or in a jewelry box. Note: all orders come with a polishing cloth and jewelry bag.

We offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. If there is damage due to the craftsmanship or if any minor repairs are needed (broken chains, missing stones, etc.), please let us know. We are happy to work with our manufacturing team to get the item fixed and returned back to you. Please note, the warranty does not cover scratches from normal wear and tear, lost items or any modifications made to any item.
